Please note that this event has already occurred. Go back to events to see upcoming events.

Presenters:
Russell Waters – Partner – Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick
Anita Brown – Senior Associate – Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick

As Commonwealth countries, Australia and New Zealand share many similarities when it comes to trade mark law. However, there are dangers in assuming that the law is identical in both jurisdictions. This seminar will provide a refresher as to some of the key differences, as well as look at recent New Zealand case law.

The duration of the seminar will be approximately 1 hour.
