Contracts underpin the viability and security of any business, whether they are large or small. Understanding contracts is a vital and unavoidable part of business management, and without a basic knowledge of contracts, organisations can end up in hot water.

At this seminar, we will provide practical tips for business owners and managers to help navigate this potentially tricky area.

Seminar topics will include:

  • Contract basics – essential elements explained
  • Dispelling common myths about contracts e.g. if it’s not in writing, it doesn’t count and if no money changes hands, it’s not a contract etc.
  • Practical advice to help you avoid the common pitfalls

The duration of the seminar will be approximately 1 hour.
