Ethics is an important issue which underpins professional duties. This seminar will discuss ethical obligations and provide guidance on how to navigate the complex areas of professional conduct.

In this seminar, Magda Bramante will discuss recent cases which consider the following:

  • Confidential information and the paramount duty to the court – lessons from Lawyer X.
  • Discourteous or offensive communications.
  • False attestation and certification of documents.

The duration of the seminar will be approximately 1 hour
