Season’s Greetings! Holiday business hours – Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick

Our Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide offices will close at the end of the business day on Thursday 24 December 2015 and reopen on Monday 4 January 2015.

The closure of our offices will coincide with the annual closure of the Patent and Trade Mark Offices and Courts in Australia and New Zealand.

IP Australia will be closed from Friday 25 December 2015 to Monday 4 January 2016, and IPONZ will be closed from Friday 25 December 2015 to Tuesday 5 January 2016. Any action which has a deadline falling in these closure periods will have the deadline extended until the first day on which the relevant Patent and Trade Mark Office reopens for business.

If there are matters you would like us to attend to during these periods, including any matters which fall due on 4 January in Australia, we would appreciate receiving your final instructions by Friday18 December 2015.

Graham joined POF in 1975, heralding the beginning of a long and successful career. He achieved his professional registration as a Patent and Trade Marks Attorney in 1978 and, as a key member of our Engineering team,  Graham honed his patent specification drafting skills working extensively with Australian-based clients.
