About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our Trade Marks team at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick (POF). In this role, you will provide crucial support to principals and attorneys, to help manage their practice and provide them with high-quality support to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Reporting to the Principals in the Trade Marks team, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing workflows through our document management system.
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence with clients.
- Timely and highly organised file management.
- Coordination of monthly billing process.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Providing administrative assistance to other practice teams as required.
About you
You are an experienced administrator with an adaptable mindset who is willing to learn and has a keen eye for detail. You will also possess the following:
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency with various IT applications and MS office.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and collaborate across different practice teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- IP Assistant experience valued but not essential.
