Congratulations to POF’s Dr Edwin Patterson, who cleaned up at last night’s 2018 Financial Review Client Choice Awards, winning not only the award for ‘Most Client-Focused IP Specialist’, but also the award for ‘Best Professional’ in Australia across all professional services. It was a great night for POF overall as we were also nominated as a finalist for ‘Best IP Specialist Firm’. The Client Choice Awards are awarded based on independent client feedback, and assess each firm’s performance in delivering services on a range of criteria including quality, value for money, price, and innovation.
Edwin’s award as ‘Best Professional’ is a very significant milestone as it surveys the clients of individual professionals across the entire professional services industry. Edwin had the following comments regarding winning this award as well as ‘Most Client-Focused IP Specialist’: “Client recognition is the most gratifying recognition to receive. We always strive to do our best for our clients and it is very pleasing to receive an award that recognises excellence in client focused professional work. I feel very honoured to win both my professional award category and the overall best professional award. I thank all my clients, and in particular those that participated in the research for these awards.”
