It’s time to get LOUD! Today we are celebrating Loud Shirt Day – which aims to raise awareness and vital funds to ensure children with hearing loss continue to receive crucial intervention to help meet their goals.
To help raise awareness, we were delighted to be joined by Bronwyn Skafte from NextSense – a not-for-profit organisation that provides dedicated, innovative, and customised services aimed at breaking down barriers for children, adults and families of people with hearing or vision loss. Bronwyn’s presentation focused on the importance of early intervention for children with hearing loss, and she explained why early intervention works to achieve the best outcomes for every child, based on their individual needs. It was a pleasure having Bronwyn present to the firm.
To raise funds for the cause, we are also hosting a Loud Quiz this afternoon and encouraging our staff to showcase their support by dressing in their best LOUD shirt and displaying their loudest MS Teams background.
