Demystifying © ™ ® – Intellectual property protection for start-ups

Please note that this event has already occurred. Go back to events to see upcoming events.

Do you have:

  • a logo on your business card?
  • a colour scheme, logo or graphic design on your packaging, website or brochures?
  • an innovative product or technology that you want to use, produce and/or sell?
  • a unique domain name?
  • a trade secret?

What would you do if a competitor was to copy or use any of this?

If you own or manage a business you might be surprised to learn how much valuable intellectual property (IP) you have; IP you can trade, sell and need to protect. Issues relating to IP – both yours and your competitors’ – can have a major impact on your business.

At this event, we will help you make sense of the confusing world of intellectual property and help you learn your ©’s from your TM’s.
