Update: Jetstar Opposes Toyota “Jump” Trademarks
We recently reported that Qantas Airways Limited (the company who owns Jetstar) opposed the registration of one of a number of Toyota “Jump” trademarks. The issue has received some press recently. The Australian Trademark Office have recently accepted a raft of “Jump” applications from Toyota which were advertised as accepted on 4 October 2012.
