Magda advises clients on protecting and enforcing trade marks and has successfully obtained trade mark registrations covering a range of broad rights, including colour and shape marks. Her experience also extends to taking action in domain name disputes. With around 20 years’ experience, Magda’s clients include some of the most well-known multinational brands across a broad range of industries.
Magda’s experience extends across all areas of intellectual property, having worked in patent, design and trade mark litigation and completing a two-year secondment as a patent attorney. She now works in our Trade Marks team. Given her experience across these areas, she has developed particular experience in the area of intellectual property clearance and infringement. She advises clients on whether their proposed product is likely to infringe upon third party intellectual property rights and whether clients can take action for infringement in relation to copy or lookalike products.
Magda is well regarded for advising on complex IP matters and providing commercially pragmatic advice.
