After relocating to Adelaide, Australia with her family in 2018, Gill continued her commitment to intellectual property by completing a Master of Intellectual Property at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 2022. Subsequently, she has worked in both a boutique IP firm and a corporate environment (b.box for kids).

Gill has broadened her technical expertise to include civil engineering and industrial design.

She provides comprehensive IP services including FTO searches, patent interpretation, validity and infringement analysis, and strategic advice on enforcement and commercialization of IP rights globally.

Gill is currently seeking registration as an Australian patent attorney. Her unique cross-jurisdictional experience allows her to navigate both Chinese and Australian patent systems with insight and precision.
