CRC Care
The Cooperative Research Centre for Contamination Assessment and Remediation of the Environment (CRC CARE) is an independent body that works to develop new technologies, and provide policy guidance for assessing, cleaning up and preventing contamination of soil, water and air. CRC CARE Pty Ltd was launched in 2005 and links researchers with industry in order to focus on research and development towards use and commercialisation.
We manage CRC Care’s patent and trade mark portfolio, which principally covers technologies for preventing, remediating and testing soil, water and air contamination. At present, the portfolio contains 21 patent cases in Australia, USA, Japan, Germany, France UK, and Canada. We are proud to be the exclusive IP partner for CRC Care, drafting and prosecuting these patent applications to grant in Australia and in other countries.
We successfully managed to secure patent protection for a CRC Care’s products in Australia, and in many other countries, including the CRC Care anionic surfactant detection and CRC Care groundwater testing products.
