Season’s Greetings – Holiday business hours

Christmas Card 2014 eVersion V3-1Our Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide offices will close at the end of the business day on Wednesday 24 December 2014 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2015.

The closure of our offices will coincide with the annual closure of the Patent and Trade Mark Offices and Courts in Australia and New Zealand.

IP Australia will close on 24 December and reopen on 2 January, and IPONZ will close on 24 December and reopen on 5 January. Any action which has a deadline falling in these closure periods will be able to be done on the first day on which the Patent and Trade Mark Office reopens for business, and still be in time.

If there are matters you would like us to attend to during these periods, including any matters which fall due on 2 January in Australia, we would appreciate receiving your final instructions by Thursday 18 December 2014.

He achieved his professional registration as a Patent and Trade Marks Attorney in 1978 and, as a key member of our Engineering team,  Graham honed his patent specification drafting skills working extensively with Australian-based clients.
