Victoria is a junior intellectual property lawyer and trade marks attorney who joined Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Lawyers in 2022. Following completion of her double degree in Bachelor of Communication (majoring in Public Communication) and Bachelor of Laws, she was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023. In 2025, Victoria was registered as an Australian Trade Marks Attorney.

Victoria now practices law in Victoria and is currently completing her Master of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne. Victoria has a strong interest in fashion IP related issues and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property, with a particular passion for working with clients across all creative industries to help protect and promote their intellectual property.

During her time at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Lawyers, Victoria has been involved in patent and trade mark matters before the Federal Court of Australia, including IP litigation on appeal to the High Court of Australia.
