With more than 37 years’ experience, Rodney works with small and large organisations, individual inventors and corporate lawyers to help them understand the IP environment, identify prior art, assist with infringement investigations and all related areas of intellectual property investigations. He also works with clients to assist them in understanding the commercial IP landscape that they operate in.

He regularly advises leading legal practice firms in Australia in relation to IP matters and frequently acts as an expert witness in Federal Court matters relating to Intellectual Property searching matters. Rodney understands the importance of clear, practical advice that aligns with a client’s needs and requirements and adjust them to suit timelines and budgets.

Rodney has particular experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical space and has worked with large multi-national pharma companies and small, local agrochem companies to assist each with their specific needs in these niche industries. He regular participates in training of others in this space and offers training services to client to assist them in conducting and understanding IP information.
