Kerryn is an experienced IP lawyer who brings commercial understanding together with legal expertise to help Australian and international clients to protect, manage and commercialise their IP assets.

Having worked for over 15 years in private practice and in-house roles, acting for rights holders, licensees and customers, she sees the full picture and provides pragmatic solutions to difficult problems. She understands the commercial interests of listed, government, regulated and other entities and regularly advises CEOs, founders, R&D leaders, in-house counsel, commercial managers and innovation teams on matters across the spectrum of IP rights.

Kerryn has a particular interest in software technology, and new and emerging technology. Having worked at a global technology firm, she brings a depth of understanding of the issues involved in IT/technology contracting. She has also focused on some regulatory aspects of health care, particularly as they relate to delivery via new technology.
