Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick is thrilled to announce the elevation of Lisa Neilson to be a Principal of the firm.

Lisa has been a member of the Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Sydney Trade Marks team since 2024 when she joined as a Senior Associate. Lisa provides advice to local and overseas clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has extensive experience developing and managing international trade marks portfolios including advising on brand adoption and use, prosecuting and enforcing trade marks, and is recognised for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
