Victoria is an intellectual property lawyer and registered trade marks attorney who joined the Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Lawyers litigation team in 2022.
Service Areas
Following completion of a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Communication (majoring in Public Communication) double degree, she was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023. In 2025, Victoria was registered as an Australian Trade Marks Attorney.
Victoria now practices law in Victoria and is currently completing her Master of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne. Victoria has a strong interest in fashion IP law and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property, with a particular passion for working with clients within creative industries to help protect and promote their intellectual property.
During her time at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Lawyers, Victoria has been involved in patent and trade marks litigation matters before the Federal Court of Australia, Full Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia, including a recent successful appeal to the High Court of Australia.
