Patent and Trade Marks Attorney

Jing is an overseas qualified patent attorney with over 10 years of experience of dealing with intellectual property matters in Chemistry and Life Science. Jing relocated from Beijing, China to Adelaide with her family in 2015. After relocation, she is still keen to continue her career in IP area and thus she has completed Master program of Intellectual Property at UTS in 2022. Now she is on the track of being registered as a patent attorney in Australia.

Jing has completed a Bachelor of Chemistry (Honours) at Northwest University in China and earned her Doctoral Degree in Organic Chemistry at the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She has also completed a Master of Intellectual Property at Law School of UTS.

Prior joining Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick (POF), Jing worked with an IP law firm based in Beijing. She provided intellectual property services to clients from research institute to pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide. She was involved in a variety of IP cases that were prosecuted in China, US and European countries.
