Jacqueline is an Australian Trade Marks Attorney and former Malaysian IP solicitor specializing in the global protection and enforcement of trade mark portfolios.

Prior to immigrating to Australia, Jacqueline worked as a trade marks solicitor in the intellectual property (IP) department of one of Malaysia’s top-ranked law firms where she managed and prosecuted large trade marks portfolios for many well-known global companies, assisted in court actions and participated in anti-counterfeiting activities with local law enforcement agencies and private investigators. Jacqueline also worked briefly as a Federal Counsel in the Attorney General Chambers of Malaysia and a legal aid volunteer with the United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees.
Since qualifying as an Australian Trade Marks Attorney in 2013, Jacqueline has been assisting local and international clients with their trade marks, specialising in the protection, enforcement and defence of trade marks in Australia and overseas.
