Akshaya is a lawyer and registered trade marks attorney, and has experience in advising a range of clients in both domestic and international markets.
Prior to joining Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick, Akshaya worked as an IP lawyer at a commercial law firm and worked at an IP boutique while qualifying as a trade marks attorney. Akshaya’s practice covers all areas of trade marks prosecution, enforcement, and contentious matters. She acts for clients in numerous industries, including fashion, beauty, food/ beverage, pharmaceutical, engineering, software and medical technology.
Akshaya has a particular interest in working with clients from creative industries and enjoys watching passion projects grow into successful businesses.
