After 47 years on Collins Street, including 10 years at 333 Collins, Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick is excited to announce our relocation to 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
“While the move marks the end of a memorable chapter, we’re excited to begin a new one at 2 Lonsdale. Our new premises have been designed to foster greater collaboration and connectivity across our teams, always with the focus on how we can continuously improve the service we deliver to our valued clients.”
– Andrew Massie, Managing Principal
Our new location also aligns with our ongoing commitment to sustainability. The building holds a NABERS 5-Star Energy Rating and is a certified carbon-neutral property, supporting our goal to operate in a way that minimises our environmental impact.
For example, the building uses Cercle Cup—a reusable cup system designed for workplaces, where used cups are returned to Drop Pods, then collected, cleaned, and reused. Since April 2021, this initiative has helped divert over 129,000 coffee cups from landfill.
The building also participates in Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme, promoting recycling and reducing container litter, with all funds that are raised being donated to the Bendigo Foodbank, which supports food relief efforts in the community.
A further initiative is to support DV Safe Phone, a program that collects and repurposes old mobile phones to assist individuals affected by domestic violence.
We’re looking forward to relocating to 2 Lonsdale Street and continuing our work in a space that supports our team, our clients, and our values.
