About me
George Biernacki joined Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick in 1974. He became an Associate in 1985 and was made a Partner of the firm in 1992.
George works in many areas of intellectual property law for a large number of local and overseas based corporate clients and specialises particularly in the Physics and Engineering technologies.
He has extensive experience in drafting, prosecuting and conducting oppositions for patent applications in the electrical, electronics, communications, audio-visual and computing fields in both Australia and New Zealand.
George is also a registered New Zealand Patent Attorney.
