About me
Michelle was previously employed as an Intellectual Property Officer and Lawyer with a large medical institute. During her time there Michelle provided general legal advice in relation to research and commercialisation activities, and also the protection of intellectual property rights. Michelle has also gained commercial experience with a top tier accounting firm. Most recently, Michelle was employed as a Solicitor with the South Australian Crown Solicitor’s Office.
Michelle joined Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick in 2008 and is a member of our Trade Marks Team.
Michelle is currently undertaking a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.
