Neil IrelandPartner, Chemistry Team Leader Melbourne After graduating, Neil worked in the Research and Development division of an international food company. This industrial experience assists Neil in understanding intellectual property issues from a commercial perspective. Neil became a partner in 2001 and is the head of the firm’s Chemistry group. He is primarily involved in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in Australia and other jurisdictions.
