Infringement
A person infringes a registered trade mark if they use a sign as a trade mark that is substantially identical with or deceptively similar to the registered mark.
This use must occur in relation to goods or services in respect of which the trade mark is registered or on goods and services which are of the same description or related to the registered goods and services.
