Profile: Saskia joined Phillips, Ormonde Fitzpatrick in 2000 and gained experience as a patent and trade mark searcher in our Information Services department before joining our Physics, Electronics and IT group.

Saskia has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications relating to a variety of technologies in the electronics, physics and information technology fields, including software and eCommerce applications for various local and overseas based clients.

Saskia is also a member of our trade marks department where she is involved in filing and prosecuting Australian and foreign trade mark applications and advising trade mark owners on trade mark issues, including registrability and infringement.
