Profile: Davin joined Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick in 1992.

Initially, Davin gained several years experience in patent and design subject matter searching in our Information Systems department. Davin is now a partner in our Engineering Department.

Davin works closely with automotive and manufacturing clients, from individual inventors to large corporate entities, both in Australia and internationally.

He works principally on engineering and related matters and his work includes the drafting of patent specifications, opinion work, and the prosecution of engineering patent applications before IP Australia.
