Two Positions available
We are seeking legal secretaries to join their Melbourne team in these floater positions.
You will be required to provide timely, efficient and accurate “overflow” secretarial support for the firm when required. Responsibilities will include preparation of documents including letters, specifications, invoices and forms, daily management of meetings, tasks and calendar entries and maintaining database and physical files in a neat and tidy manner
Candidates will be well versed in MS Word and Outlook applications and will possess accurate and efficient typing skills. File handling and coordination and diary management are key tasks and the ability to prioritise work and communicate effectively is essential.
