Credit Controller

| | | There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join an expanding accounts team with Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick. As a major firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, we are seeking to develop the Credit Department.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will be required to control the entire credit function and undertake the following tasks:
• Monitor and collect overdue debtor payments
• Maintain system notes on weekly collection activity
• Deal with client queries
• General ledger reconciliations
• Provide monthly reports to management and relevant departments on the status of accounts
• Co-ordinate with the accounts clerk
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and motivated Credit Controller that can:
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Have a strong eye for detail
• Display excellent problem solving skills
• Operate in a professional manner towards both clients, Partners and staff alike
• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Exhibit strong time manage skills to meet critical deadlines
• Up to date knowledge of OB10, Tymetrix, Datacert and Serengeti Tracker computer systems
