| Counterfeit products that infringe the trade mark, copyright or design rights of IP owners are a growing problem in Australia.
We represent a number of IP owners in pursuing the Australian importers and distributors of counterfeit products. This includes recording registered trade marks and copyright works with Customs, issuing letters of demand, obtaining court orders for the seizure of evidence (Anton Piller orders), and where appropriate, pursuing compensation and supervising the destruction of counterfeit goods. We work in conjunction with our associated company, IP Organisers, which is a licensed investigations company in Victoria.
